Arthur Smith and myself proved an unlikely double act as we took the stage on Sunday (July 22) for a night of comedy and politics in Chiswick.

I joined the comic for the Stand Up for Labour event held at the George IV pub.

Mr Smith provided the laughs while Labour MP Andy Slaughter and I kept things serious, discussing issues including the wide-sweeping changes to the NHS.
