Ken Livingstone - My Fake Diary
Thursday, 26 April 2012
David Cameron has said Labour peer Lord Sugar was "spot on" in saying Londoners "shouldn't back me" in the capital's impending mayoral elections.
Then, at a London Jewish Forum last night I was asked:
Whether you like it or not, your tax affairs are an issue in this election and therefore will you give an undertaking to publish a set of your tax affairs accounts certified by your accountant?
We told then today that the certified accounts would be published online shortly, but the new returns are not expected to reveal the amount paid to my wife. I told the Standard I do not know the figure.
That confused and shut them up a bit!
