There was no Grand Prix at the weekend so i decided to take part in the Hawaii Triathlon (as an amateur)

Completed the 1.5km swim, 40k bike ride, and 10k run in a little over two hours. Broke sweat a few times. Finished top for my age group.

Made sure the girlfriend took a few photo's for my facebook page, will make Lewis jealous. I tried to add his girlfriend - the pussycat doll - as a friend on facebook but she hasn't replied yet?!

She must be very busy, all that singing and stuff...
