My McLaren teammate Lewis Hamilton has tweeted from China: "At my hotel. Fans waited for me as they do here every day. Amazing support. Sheh Sheh to all my Chinese fans!"

Bloody show-off. They might have been waiting for me.

The chequered flag drops in Shanghai and Michael Schumacher is top of the practice standings ahead of Lewis Hamilton. I finished sixth. Need to up my game for the race tomorrow. I wish the team would let me drink Red Bull but it's banned.
