A leaked memo revealing my 'sobering' Treasury plan for further £10bm cut-backs forced me to get in first with them in this diary.

The extra cuts in welfare spending will be for next year as the economic downturn lasted longer than I expected.

So get used to them, it is vital there are implemented, all businesses, financial institutions, and offshore investors will benefit from them.
