The Telegraph wrote:

The will for austerity is waning and crisis may not be far away.

Recently a number of economists have started to say that George Osborne should end cuts to capital spending (government investment in capital projects) and perhaps even raise it - maybe spending some more money on housing or roads or airports.

Rubbish, what do they think they know about my job... mind you I've never had a proper one really.
