So Cameron has quashed speculation that he may fire me, saying I will remain in the post until the 2015 general election.

That would be obvious to the inner circle within the Government, and no surprise.

I suppose I'd better keep my head down now for a bit, I don't want to upset the apple-cart before we get rid of the Lib-Dems from around our necks - but watch us go then!
