While speaking during a visit to Edinburgh yesterday, I insisted that the "old way of doing politics" no longer worked, as I pledged Labour would take the lead in reaching out to communities and individuals not involved in the traditional party system!

Thank heavens no one asked me what I was talking about... but it sounded good at the time!
