I was thinking this morning about how lucky I have been.

If my Belgian-born Marxist Dad, Ralph Miliband (born Adolphe Miliband) and my mother Renia Kozak from Poland, could see me now - leading the opposition party of Great Britain. They'd be so proud I'm sure.

I suppose I'll see my two sons do well, well I hope I do. It is up to me to do well, and become a shining example to them.

Now, where's my jig-saw puzzle...?
