Unemployed youngsters who have never held down a job will be Forced to do three months unpaid work to get benefits.
The tough plan aims to rid Britain of its something-for-nothing culture.
Claimants aged 18 to 24 will be denied Jobseeker's Allowance if they refuse to do work experience. The scheme will target teenagers who go straight on the dole after leaving school - and stop them becoming a new generation of layabouts.
Shadow employment minister Stephen Timms said: "What long-term unemployed young people really need is a job!"
That's what we're offering them you fool! Admittedly unpaid but...
