The Metro website:
They have a Caption competition - "What caption would you give this picture of Mayor Boris Johnson and a fish? of a photo of me aside a giant aquarium."
You'll have to be quick to get your caption in - and you can read those already sent in, some good ones I must say.
Well, a bit of fun hurts no one... although perhaps Cameron.
