Boris Johnson has won over Grayson Perry, the cross-dressing potter, with his bicycle-hire scheme.

"I like the Boris bike in a frock, because they're very tranny-­friendly," the artists says. "They're all covered up, so you don't get oil on your nice socks."

Oh dear... well it take all sorts, and support is support I suppose.
