Jean-Claude "Bebe Doc" Duvalier, who ruled Haiti from 1971 until his overthrow by a popular uprising in 1986, has returned to Haiti after 25 years of self-imposed exile.
And he's not happy with what he sees.
"I must admit, I am a little shocked," said the son of François 'Papa Doc' Duvalier, whom he succeeded as the ruler of Haiti upon his father's death in 1971. "The place is a f--king mess! It looks like an earthquake hit it."
"I walked around the capital this morning, and it is terrible," continued Baby Doc, apparently unaware that, in 2010, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit, causing tens of dollars in damage to the country. "Although I do like that there's no steps to climb up and down. It seems like every building is, like 4 feet high.
