It appears the FAA and Santa Claus are at odds with each other. While filing his flight plan for Christmas eve the FAA had new rules, regulations and stipulations that have to be met before domestic travel.
First, Santa must comply with a full body search. Second, all his Rain deer must submit to body cavity examinations. Third all Santa's packages will need to be unwrapped for inspection.
Ron Altove, head bunghole seacher for the FAA stated, "Look we understand it's Santa but no one is above the letter of the law, it's a safety issue, if we let Santa through where does it end.
When we tried to contact Santa all we could hear in the background on the phone was whimpering that sounded like, but the children, what of the children Ma Ma, who's going to re-wrap the gifts, whimper, whimper, sniffle, sniffle.
