Sources from the Peruvian Justice Bureau report that the prisoner caught on tape supplying suspected killer Joran Van Der Sloot with drugs is to be charged with criminal neglect in supplying an inferior product.
"Yes" Said the source "Joran was not happy with the quality of the marijuana he purchased. So he had the guards rough-up the punk who sold him the weed. The prison Warden tried to smooth things over by promising a more reliable seller, and also treating Joran to a conjugal visit from a prostitute and a special brunch with rock lobster and white wine--but Van Der Sloot was not satisfied. So he had his attorney file charges against the drug dealer. A conviction on the criminal neglect charge will result in another five to ten years being added to his sentence, plus ninety days in 'The Hole', the prisons notorious solitary confinement unit. Joran wanted to send a message that he expects only the best."
