Miami, Florida - (Reuterus): Hyper-lactating American-Sicilian burger waitress Silviana Ponzi's surrogacy deal has gone sour.
The dusky 21 year-old is reportedly suing for the immediate return of her baby by Portuguese football captain Cristiano Ronaldo after changing her mind about the broodmaring.
Ms Ponzi was reported last week receiving £10 million in a Debbie Rowe/Michael Jackson type of child custody arrangement which has since bombed.
Baby Cristiano Junior was born on 17 June after a torrid one night fling.
He was transferred to his Grandma Ronaldo's personal care last week while his proud Papa continues his highly publicised international sex romps with model girlfriend Irina Shayk.
