Liverpudlian arts and crafts firm, "Harry Pottery", have
been threatened with legal action by JK Rowling's lawyers over illegal copyright
infringment.
"Harry Pottery" have recently begun re-trading after filing for bancruptcy
in June 2001. The firm is said to mostly create sculptures of frogs and toads, none of which bear any
resemblence to Harry Potter.
"We're mystified!" Cried Joy Lansbury, CEO of Harry
Pottery. "I just don't understand where they're coming from. You see, my father's name
was Harry and he started the firm in 1906. And, you see, we make pottery."
We at TheSpoof
are considering starting some kind of petition to stop the money-grubbing Rowling from taking any more
cash away from the hard grafting public.
