The Greek Prime Minister George "Zorba" Papandreou has criticized the European Union's response to Greece's financial crisis. He stated that it was too timid and too slow.

In retaliation , he is threatening to close all Greek restaurants throughout Europe. This has sent shockwaves across the financial markets. Gyros futures are through the roof.

He also instituting tax increases for European tourists. For example, admission to the Acropolis will now cost 3500 Euros. Extra oregano on the spanakopita will be 5 Euros per shake. Finally, a tour of Melina Merkouri's mausoleum will be 150 Euros and a lock of her hair will cost an additional 250 Euros.
