In a primary school in Glasgow there was uproar at the children's xmas party when Santa Claus was handing out the presents to the children. Six year old Jamie McGregor was being given his present when he said to Santa in front of all the pupils & teachers "Why is Christmas day not Santa Claus day after all your the one that hands out all the presents"
Jamies parents were summoned by the headmaster and the local press descended to cover the story how could this boy not believe in Jesus Christ after everything he had been indoctrinated with I mean taught since he was born.
The School headmaster Mr Godley wanted to suspend the boy
but common sense prevailed and he was allowed to remain in school as long as he said his prayers every night. Local reporter Christian Hunter a former Christian and now well known Atheist condemmed the school for the treatment of a young boy who dared to think and ask a legitimate question.
Mr Hunter said "Some christians have said to me that I should stop giving presents if I no longer believe in religion to which I answered I still believe in Santa Claus so for me the 25th December is Kris Kringle day or Krismaday"
So remember all you atheists and agnostics you can now celebrate Krismasday.
