On his accession to the American "throne" Barack Obama has been informed that the state of Virginia's General Assembly is to withdraw its unanimous and "profound regret" for the state's role in the slave trade.
Virginia one of the American states most closely associated with slavery was one of the first in the US to issue a formal apology to American blacks.
However in a complete "u-turn" the original resolution that passed the house 96-0 and also cleared the 40-member senate on a unanimous vote has been completely overturned in a dramatic re-vote since Obama's election to president by a total whitewash of 0-96.
Jim "Sugar" Caine, governor of the state of Virginia, was a silent objector at the time of the original vote now says "myself and trusted friend Janey Margrove categorically state that all black US citizens should still make it their constitutional duty to finally get over the slavery issue that has absolutely ass all to do with their white compatriots of today".
Caine adds "we are now proposing an abolition of Juneteenth in 2010 in the state of Virginia".
The pair's comments have been totally dammed by neighbouring states, Motown Records and the cast of The Cosby Show.
When asked to comment on the above news Obama replied "well what the hell, these guys are finally showing their true color, as white as my teeth, nails and soles on my feet"!
