Today saw America bidding farewell to one of its greatest citizens today in an elaborate display of national solidarity, in saying their last goodbyes to the Native American from the Village people.
The remains of the singer were carried through Castro Street in an elaborate ceremony, which showed the true amount of respect the country had for him. The coffin was accompanied by a cortege that included the remaining members of the Village people. Unfortunately the Construction Worker was unable to attend due to urgent construction of a children's home in India.
In a fitting way, the body was laid to rest in state in the local YMCA, to a 21 gay salute. A touching service took place in which his friends from the group paid respect to this great man describing him as, "our wee bear". The body will finally be laid to rest at sunset today facing the local Lovely in Leather super store.
