When Silvio Octaviano Berlusconi is not interviewing starlets on his now infamous casting couch reserved for "his girls", he is usually in court defending himself in one of the many hundred indictments the billionaire has had brought against him.
This time Italy's SOB went as far as Russia to embarrass his country. Berlusconi apparently looked at the swarthy appearance of the new American President elect and concluded that he must be one of those dark skinned southern Italians. Like a scene from a Wertmuller film, rich, fair skinned immoral Berlusconi insulted the common man with some real color.
When SOB was informed that Obama was not a southern Italian but in fact an African-American, he assumed his usual arrogant posture:
" Everyone knows that Sicigilianos are as close to Africans as can be! And so I am right again!"
