That is the dilemma flummoxing doctors at the Bang Galore Maternity Unit in Keshobpur after a baby boy was born with two heads but only one set of all other vital organs.
Little Kiron Mukherjee weighed in at 5.5 kilos on Monday night, startling the caeserean delivery team with his two-headed approach to life.
The baby has caused a huge stir in local media after reports he could be the re-incarnation of a living bi-lingual god.
"Below the necks he is a regular little chappie," paediatrician Dr Oksee Tosin said today.
"I'm in to minds however about how he might turn out eventually."
