A Double freestanding wardrobe in up market Chelsea, London, England has gone on the market at £1.8 million after it was converted into a one bedroom flat.

Estate Agents - Chelsea, Chelsea & Co said 'they were delighted to be marketing the property, with a prime London location, exquisite SW3 postal code, excellent transport links and close to a number of Private Schools.'

The property benefits from a 'free standing' rail, open and closing wooden doors (period features) and an impressive height of 8 feet x 3 feet.

This property would be a great choice for 'DINKYS' (Dual Income No Kids) who need a base to live as they negotiate hectic work schedules along with busy lifestyles.

This follows earlier reports when a dog kennel in 'up market' St John's Wood (NW8) was revamped and marketed at £775,000 which as the unnamed buyer said 'was a real snip'.

Spokesperson for Chelsea, Chelsea & Co, Tarquin Marsh-Rees said 'Londoners are finding it increasingly difficult to get their foot on the property ladder. Affordable housing in the great city that is London is becoming increasingly more and more expensive and the word on the street is that it's only going to get tougher.'

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
