A home buyer has collapsed and died in a Miami, Florida real estate office.
The prospect had just returned to the agent on Collins Avenue, Miami Beach late yesterday afternoon after an exhausting day viewing more than 500 luxury condos in his $99,000 price bracket.
But when Ontha Cheap, aged 37, wrote up an offer for one of them his agent claimed the seller had received a higher offer!
Cheap began laughed hysterically for several minutes, before falling to the ground clutching his chest.
Anxious staff called 911 but despite a swift response by Florida Fire Department's emergentologists, they did not expect either Cheap or Miami condo prices to recover.
Cheap was pronounced dead on arrival at Miami's Heartbreak Hospital from a suspected heart attack.
TV viewers will be able to watch the events unfolding live on four stations, as the fire department, emergentologists, real estate office and next door tattooist were all simultaneously being filmed by competing reality TV shows.
