Groups of people who do things were investigating a woman over an incident that may or may not have happened somewhere- possibly sometime last week or at some other time.
Another individual doing something while they combed their hair spotted the woman, who remains unknown, while she did something else somewhere nearby.
A man who is deeply involved in whatever it is that is happening told a 'friend of a friend' that the woman was being 'cooperative' but that she hadn't said much at all so far.
"All I can say at this juncture is that she is probably involved in the alleged event", said the man, "or not".
A number of others are curious about what is going on and would like to know some answers to questions that they haven't yet asked.
Four women and another man were helping somebody else in their inquiries but it is unknown if this is related to this incident or something completely different.
