Paris - Fevrier 20. French chef, Giselle LeGrand, has won the coveted Coup de Grille cup in a highly competitive, and controversial, finale at the Hotel de Arc de Triomphe in Calais, France.

Giselle, the daughter of a hat maker, triumphed with her main course dish of garlic and prune stuffed cat. "I cannot believe it!" She exlaimed, tears in her eyes. "I thought it was a poussin! My father made my hat and as you can see it affected my vision somewhat. To be honest, I did wonder why my poussin mewed!"

Supporters of the French Cats Protection Foundation expressed their horror as they viewed the faux pas on TF1 live television. Michel Curiere said "It is Catastrophic!"

English chef, Gordan Ramsey, said lots of things that cannot be printed here, apart from "Bon Chance, Giselle!"

Giselle's father later commented, "I will eat out in future."

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
