Scientists working for Magnetic Obervatory of Reversal of North (M.O.R.O.N.) have confirmed the worlds magnetic polarity is reversing.

"Basically with the tremendous sunspot activity the earth is being bombarded with huge magnetic pulses which have effected the earths natural magnetic balance resulting in a reversal of polarity" commented Sir Faraday Newton, the worlds leading polarasist.

"In practical terms the world will be in absolute chaos"

Indeed with the gradual change in polarity slowly effecting where true magnetic North & true magnetic South exists is a major global issue.

"The Southern hemisphere will become the Northern Hemisphere and vice versa or completely reversal."

The huge environmental cost should not be underestimated as whole nations will have to change any reference to direction anywhere there is a reference to direction.

Doomsday Cults are advising that during the reversal it is likely that as the world continues to spin as fast as it does, with diminishing magnetic polarity the earths gravitation will be effected with people being flung into space by centrifugal force and could see lighter people being blown into the air by what would be now considered "light winds" raising fears that obesity will be good as heavier people will not be so easily blown away as lighter people.

At an emergency meeting of the UN the Secretary General commented that it was time for the world to pull together. which caused some mirth and laughter as the various translators struggled to translate his comments.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
