Generalissimo Jorge Doubleooo Bush announced his resignation from his sometime role as El Presidente Decidero de los Estados Unidos.
His reception by troops in guatemala apparently clinched the Decider's decision.
The Nuevo Generalissimo made the following announcement:
"I have never received this much respect in my life! Soldiers trained in a true fascista system sure know how to get your mojo goin', especially if your approval ratings in your present job are moving toward the negative territory on the number line and your own soldiers are dropping like flies and you just keep feeding more of the poor souls to the Iraqi meatgrinder! I think I will enjoy leading an army that is not at war and that has all these wonderful ceremonies in which they salute me and raise my self-esteem! . Plus Guatemala has lots of brush for Bush to clear and clearly that is what Bush has decided he wants to do for the rest of his brush-clearin' years!"
