Tel Aviv - (Rioters): Cocking a snook at Islamic fundamentalist nutters in Tehran who have vowed to delete it from the planet with a nuclear missile, Israel's entry for this year's Eurovision Song Contest is a Britneyesque ditty called Nuke Me One More Time and features global annihilation as its theme.
The lyrics are sung by a band called Teacakes and are said to be "in English, French and Hebrew... while the music fluctuates between folk, c-rap and hard rock themes".
"The world is full of nukes
Ya know it makes me puke
The price of getting too chummy
With Cheney, Bush and Rummy.
Them is some crazy rulers
Always tryin' ta goddam' fool us
But we know them's the demonic
Who mined the plates tectonic
With so much enriched plutonium
The blast could cause pandemonium"
The Eurovision Song Contest is in May.
