In a selfless act Britney Spears donated her hair to a teenage girl that has been undergoing chemotherapy treatments for the last year.
Sources close to Britney tell BEF, last week Britney went to Children's Hospital to cheer up patients in the cancer ward with a personal appearance.
Britney was taken with one patient in particular, she felt really bad for this precious teen age girl that had lost all her hair from the treatments she was going through.
She immediately went home cut off all her hair and had it stitched into a wig for the poor thing.
Brits gal pal offered, "Britney would never make public all the charity work she does. It's just not her way."
There's been much speculation as to the mental state of Britney lately. Her actions could be interpreted as irresponsible or irrational. From the outside looking in that's the way it appears.
People would never suspect that Britney would be so generous as to give this unfortunate girl the hair off her head.
You often hear about someone being so generous they'd give you the shirt off their back. This sets a whole new level to the old saying bin.
