The town of Flubadub, Canada, is not known for anything. It's a quiet place of 1000 people and a few chickens. But recently a series of bizarre kung-fu attacks have taken place on innocent people in the town.
The attacks usually happen at night, by a masked man about 5'8 in height. The motive is unknown, the attacker injures his victims then runs away.
One of his first victims, Carl Cooper, said that he didn't know what was happening until it was too late. "He was as fast as lightning," he said.
Last night's victim, Douglas Pooper, is himself a martial arts student, but he says that he was no match for the unusual criminal. "He fought with expert timing," said Mr Pooper. When asked if the man threatened him at all, he said that the attacker had remained silent throughout the ordeal. "In fact it was a little bit frightening."
His most serious attack so far was against a Chinese man, Choo Yung Fat, who remains hospitalised. He could only say "oh ho ho hooooh".
