A journalist for The Spoof was exposed as a charlatan today. The Writer, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was alleged to have produced misleading headlines in order to gain Internet ratings over his 'rivals', The Spoof's editors 'The Lowton Brothers' have revealed.
It is alleged that the staff writer has led the Internet surfing community to believe that he had explicit naked pictures of 'Christina'.
The assumption that Millions of lecherous loggers-on had, was that these photos were of Pop Goddess and 32 octave warbler, Christina Aguilera. They were however pictures of his great Aunt Christina Smith..who cannot sing, and is not naked.
The Spoof would like to apologise for any readers that were misled. The un-named columnist has been suspended for several hours.
