President George Bush has made a shock declaration of war against the United States of America.
He said: "For a long time now, we've known that the USA has weapons of mass destruction, including those of a nuclear capability. I have written to the President asking for him to destroy these weapons, but he sent me the letter right back.
"We therefore have no choice but to declare war. We may have to drop nuclear bombs on the USA to prevent them from using nuclear weapons."
It is expected that the US Army will be on its maximum alert to prepare to defend any invasion. That excludes those troops which have already been reserved to invade the United States.
