An Italian magazine says it has no regrets after publishing nude photographs or Kate Middleton's unborn baby.
The magazine "Il Surrendi" published images they claim are ultrasound photos of the future monarch "topless" and lounging around on his or her back just relaxing.
The magazine refuses to say how it obtained the grainy images but questions regarding the privacy of the Royal family have once again been raised.
One report is suggesting that paparazzi sneaked into the Duchesses hospital room and using a long lens ultrasound image recorder took the photograph themselves.
Another report claims that hospital staff were paid to snap the images.
Expert Harry Brown said "to be honest these images could be of any fetus - yes, the fetus is obviously naked but how on earth can we be certain it is a royal one?"
