WASHINGTON, D.C. - President Obama has stated that he, in the interest of re-establishing harmonious relations with the entire continent of Africa after Alaska's former governor Sarah Palin succeeded in offending as many as 96 percent of the inhabitants, will be implementing his "Health Care Program" to include the African country of Kenya.

When asked if the fact that his father was a citizen of Kenya had anything to do with his decision, the president smiled and replied that the fact had absolutely nothing to do with his decision and that he could just have easily have chosen some other country like for instance, Portugal, Laos, or Greenland.

The president did say that the goodwill that this program will generate cannot be measured in dollars and cents although experts in the field of 'Dollars and Cents" have put the figure at somewhere around the $40,000 to $70,000 mark.

President Obama said that he had the full support of three people that he respects more than anyone else in the entire nation; Vice-President Joe Biden, talk show queen Oprah Winfrey, and the nation's "First Mama" herself, Michelle Obama.

When asked what he thought about the fact that GOP pundits like Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, and Rush Limbaugh are furious about this latest Obama policy, the president grinned from ear-to-ear and replied, "Well lemmy just say dis about dat - dem boys can just build themselves a bridge and get over it."

USA DAYBREAK reports that the first check for $13.8 million to Kenya will be in the mail within 24 hours.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
