Before Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker made a name for himself by leading the fight to strip public workers in his state of their collective bargaining rights, the record holder for having the biggest ego in the world was none other than Mel Gibson.
Recent events taking place in Wisconsin, however, have pushed Walker over the top and, while there were rumors that Charlie Sheen was poised to knock Gibson out of the top spot, Walker ran away with the prize.
"He rammed through that legislation with all the gusto of a crack addict on meth," said Sheen. "All I can do is sit back and applaud him. He makes me look like freakin' Walt Disney."
While the size of Walker's ego has yet to be verified, the actions taken by him on Wednesday have assured him the top spot for years to come. "He's a natural," said a records spokesperson. "What we're looking for in the world's largest ego category is someone who doesn't care one iota about anyone or anything except himself and his career. This man is an exemplary model of that attitude and is a winner, hands down."
