Washington--Charlie Rangel is happy that he wasn't found guilty on all 13 ethic violations.
"12 out of 13 counts of ethic violations means that I am not a bad guy, just an average congressman looking to better himself through the use of his job." Charlie Rangel told reporters after the hearing.
"Did people get mad when Nancy used the House plane for her family vacations? No! They just let it go. What I did was no different."
Charlie Rangel was seen dancing down the halls of Congress and shaking hands with anyone in his path. It isn't clear if the old man really understood that the panels findings might mean the end of his long political career.
