LOS ANGELES - Justin Bieber, who has been in sharp demand throughout television land as of late, has just announced that he will be guest starring on the Disney Channel show The Wizards of Waverly Place.

Bieber will portray Noel McStuffskin, an exchange student from Scotland, who moves to Manhattan, and becomes close friends with brothers Justin (David Henrie) and Max (Jake T. Austin).

Bieber soon meets Justin and Max's sister Alex, played by Selena Gomez, and he quickly tries to get in her good graces by offering the three siblings front row tickets to a Ke$ha concert in Brooklyn.

Selena soon notices that she has feelings for the young lad from Scotland and tells him that she thinks that he has the cutest Scottish accent that she has ever heard including Sean Connery, Sara MacDonald, and Ewan McGregor.

Young Noel and Alex have a great time until he is suddenly called back to Scotland due to the fabric controversy that has engulfed his family's Scottish kilt business.

In other news. Sarah Palin has stated emphatically that contrary to the vicious rumors she has not donated one single red cent to her ex-future son-in-law Levi Johnston's Wasilla mayoral candidacy.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
