WASHINGTON, DC -- Next week the Obama administration plans to vote on a radical bill aimed at reducing the unemployment statistic which is hovering around 9.8 percent.
The proposal will eliminate Friday and create a 6-day a week calendar. Each day will absorb 4-hours of the 24 hours that Friday contained making all days about 4-hours longer. Obama said that he hopes that the country will remember his party in November for the gift and use the extra time for recreation or sleep.
By simply removing one work day, or 20% of the work week the unemployment statistic should immediately drop to 7.8% (9.8% x 20% = 1.96%, 9.8% - 1.96% = 7.8%).
The plan is not without critics as the restaurant chain, 'Thank God Its Friday (TGIF)' claims it will sue the government to prevent the ridiculous law from being implemented.
