Washington baseball fans jeered President Barack Obama for "throwing like a girlie man" while blooping the ceremonial first pitch over the catcher's head in today's opener against the Phillies. Although Obama takes pride in being an all-around athlete, he couldn't have looked more feminine in his attempted throw.
Historians were in agreement that only Senator John Kerry, another self-proclaimed "natural athlete" looked worse when he threw his disputed war medals over the wall some 30 years ago in an anti Vietnam war gesture. One veteran reporter said that he was embarrassed when he saw the "girlie man" toss by Kerry. "I was standing right next to him, and I saw him sort of alligator arm those medals. Quite frankly, I was surprised to see he wasn't wearing a skirt. I felt the same way when I saw Obama throw out the first pitch today."
