Jesse James is being sued by the family of the REAL Jesse James. They say that Jesse James - Sandra Bullock's estranged husband is giving their famous ancestor a 'bad name'.
Family members of the 'outlaw' Jesse James are livid, saying that 'their' Jesse will be turning in his grave at the outrageous behaviour of his name-sake.
Apparently the 'outlaw' Jesse James was a virgin all of his life and they say he would be shocked if he found out about the goings on of this 'character'.
They are suing for an undisclosed amount and are demanding that the Jesse James - Sandra Bullock's estranged husband - change his name to Roy Rogers.
