The saying "Curiosity killed the cat" was today put to rest as the autopsy of North Dakota cat Richard Hopkins was released today.
"I've called this press conference today to announce that cat Richard Hopkins was killed by one fatal gunshot to the chest, not curiosity as has been stated in the media." Detective Sgt Ryan Miller explained.
"We are now treating this as a homicide and are on the look out for a Grey cat with black stripes, around 42cm tall and of small to medium build. We are appealing to anyone who might of been in the vicinity of 42nd and 41st street in the early hours of the morning on the 3rd of January."
