Jim "Banty" Greene is a professional chicken whisperer and noted hypnotist who has been hired by the Perdew Farms Chicken Factory.

After unloading the chickens from the trucks, their cages are stacked in a dimly lit room where Greene begins to whisper to them. Then he begins to cluck. All this we know from a stowaway who stayed behind after the truck left.

Greene continues to cluck low and suddenly begins to crow.

The witness hiding behind some cages told reporters that Greene then begins to hypnotize the birds which is easy because of their small brains.

The next thing Greene does is begin to describe what a wonderful afterlife these chickens will have, with 72 roosters for each and every hen.

At that point, the informer stopped and stated, "Personally I don't know what I'll do with mine, but I was always partial to fried chicken."

Apparently the informer had been hypnotized along with the chickens, so Greene had to be summoned to bring him out of it.

"Banty" Greene then told the reporters, "Those chickens don't suffer at all. They are hypnotized so they can be hung by the feet while attached to a line that takes them through a dark room where they fall into an even deeper sleep and a laser beam cuts their heads off at the end of the line.

"Yep, it's the end of the line for that particular flock."

Mr. Greene then stated that it was OK about the hidden stowaway.

"NO harm done, fellas. But one thing you all must never ever do...is to snap your fingers at a KFC!"

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
