The NYPD have detained a Russian holiday maker, Dimiti Gloopy (32), today for attempting to import steel illegally into the US.
The offending article was a container of stainless-steel cutlery, which Mr Gloopy had allegedly concealed within his luggage.
American President, George W. Bush is treating this incident as a mild terrorist attack, and said "any further attempts by Russian citizens to cripple the already failing American steel industry, will result in retaliation of the most severe nature."
Initial reports suggest that Bush is set to retaliate by cutting the supply of McDonalds' food to the fast-food loving Russian nation.
