In a taped Video broadcast to the nation's school children, on what for many will be their first day at school, President Obama will discuss the importance of Observing Nation Breast Appreciation Day, Monday, September 28th.
In the accompanying curriculum children will be asked what they feel is "the most endearing thing about breasts", and what they can do to "help the president spread the word about breast appreciation". They are also encouraged to share their feelings about breasts with each other and their teachers.
Needless to say, the program has many parents upset. "I never even got to see a breast when I was in school!" complained Norm L.B. Havior, of North Fork, North Dakota, "and I'll be damned if I'll let junior be the first man in this family to do so!"
School officials across the nation, who are sensitive to such sentiments, have decide that parents don't have to view the video if they don't want to, but their children must.
