The Hemorhoid weekly - When 56 year old cola executive Martin Jefferson opened his newspaper one morning he thought there was a mistake. The headline read "MJ dead. Fans mourn the loss of the king of pop." The cola CEO was in disbelief.
"I couldn't believe it! I didn't find out it was somebody else until I read that MJ stood for Micheal Jackson. I have no idea who he is but around here I'm considered the king of pop."
Mr. Jefferson notified local newspaper agencies of the typo and asked for it to be changed to "Some singer guy, not Martin Jefferson the king of pop, has died." In response to his request, newspaper editors simply hung up on him. TheSpoof.com news is the only news site that has been sympathetic to Mr. Jeffersons woes.
"The man nearly had a heart attack when he read that he was deceased." Freelance journalist and ladies man Flaminroids replied. "Obviously there's a lot of hype about this Michael Jackson guy's death. Its really immature and the newspapers should apologize."
Mr. Jefferson's health is good and he feels great in case you were wondering.
