The music world was stunned to hear that Pop superstar Elton John is changing his name BACK to Reg Dwight.
Elton who was born Reg Dwight in 1893 changed his name after gaining fame with his hit Killer Queen. John who famously sang the Chicken Song has achieved hits on both sides of the channel, unheard of in a British singer.
Elton is now searching for a quieter life after reaching the ripe old age of 120. His spokesman said "Reg was my past and now is my future. Elton is my present and he is soon going. I hope my fans will understand".
Elton, who's number one hits include Hey Jude and The Eye of the Tiger, said he would also stop wearing Donald Duck costumes on stage.
