Washington DC: Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich and retired Reverend J Wright of Chicago have established a public relations (PR) firm.
The PR firm is located on K Street and is informally referred to as B&W PR (not to be confused with A&W Root Beer). Both men are aptly suited for PR work as one always has a foot in his mouth and the other has his head in a somewhat lower part of the anatomy.
Nadya Suleman and Tanya Harding have been hired as Mr. Blagojevich's executive secretarial staff and gate keepers, to reside outside the door to his office. Mr. Wright has not been able to find suitable clerical help, as yet. It is rumored that Mr. Wright tried to recruit Michael Vick and O J Simpson as his secretaries, but they declined. (Mr. Blagojevich has graciously offered to share his secretaries' time.)
Communications between the two partner's offices is via their executive secretaries, email and Twitter.
A distinguished client list includes John Edwards, Elliot Spitzer, William Jefferson, Raymond Buris, Barney Frank, Christopher Dodd, Robert Stanford, John Ensign and Mark Sanford.
President Barack Obama has wished the PR firm well, but an aide indicates he has not signed up for their services.
