What you talkin' bout honkey? Outta my cab!

Friday night, two contestants on the game show "Taxi Treasure" were robbed at gunpoint, after failing to answer the first three questions on the popular show.

The game show - set inside a taxi cab - picks up unsuspecting passengers and offers them the chance to win money by correctly answering a series of trivia questions on the way to their destination. Unfortunately incorrect answers earn contestants a strike and after 3 strikes they are forced to exit the cab, as was the case on Friday night.

The two victims Josh Brown and Steve Robinson, tourists from California, were brutally mugged and pistol whipped when they were ejected from the show in a very bad NY neighborhood. After failing to answer the first question alone, the pair used their "mobile shout out" for the second question - only to fail horribly at that one as well.

Ironically the shows host says "I felt bad for them so I gave them an easy one, to kind of keep it interesting. And we were approaching a bad part of town." However, the question apparently wasn't easy enough. After asking to use their "street shout out" to answer the question "Who is buried in Grants tomb?" the cab was approached by an individual on the street who insisted the answer was "Yo mama" and forced the pair to answer at gun point. At which point sadly they were dismissed from the show and savagely beaten and robbed.

Police are looking for any information in the case and any witnesses are urged to contact the NY metro police Department.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
